Welcome to Quantito. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications and services provided by Quantito ("Quantito," "we," "us," or "our") at quantito.app (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. The Service

• Beta and free plan: Quantito is offered as a free public beta. The free plan includes core journaling tools, analytics and one (1) free AI coach review.
• Future paid plans and features: additional features, automated insights and premium capabilities ("Pro Features") will be introduced. Pricing, billing terms and feature sets for Pro plans will be announced before launch.
• Changes to the Service: we may change, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service (including free-tier limits and beta features) at any time, with or without notice.

2. Not investment, tax or legal advice

• Informational and educational tool only: Quantito is a personal trade journaling, process-tracking and analytics tool. It is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, tax advisor or legal counsel.
• No buy or sell recommendations: the AI coach and automated insights analyze your self-reported or imported trading process and history. The AI coach never recommends buying, selling or holding any security, crypto asset or financial instrument.
• Wash-sale and tax disclaimer: wash-sale flags, tax estimates and performance metrics are informational only. Tax rules vary by jurisdiction and personal circumstances. You are solely responsible for checking all financial and tax data with your own tax software, CPA or certified advisor.
• Assumption of risk: trading and investing carry substantial financial risk. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Your data and account responsibilities

• Data ownership: you keep full ownership of the trade logs, notes, screenshots, strategies and other personal content ("User Content") you upload, import or generate on Quantito.
• Export and deletion: you can export your trade data or request full account and data deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
• Acceptable use: you agree not to:
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code or underlying algorithms from the Service or its AI models;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to manipulate market data;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, servers or networks;
  • upload malicious code, viruses or harmful scripts.

4. Intellectual property

Quantito, its original content, brand assets, user interfaces, design elements, algorithms and software are and will remain the exclusive property of Quantito and its licensors. Apart from your User Content, nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use Quantito's trademarks, logos, domain names or other brand features without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability and warranties

• "As is" and "as available": the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime or the accuracy of analytical data.
• Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantito, its founders, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, data loss or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes to these Terms and governing law

• Changes: we may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or show an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes under these Terms are resolved in the competent courts located in Delaware, USA.
